Thanks for the tips. I need to get back to morning pages too. I too have no clue what to do with filled journals. Especially because my thoughts are unfiltered and if anyone else read them they'd have a lot to say :p

I also want to start journaling -- but a gratitude journal this year.

You’re welcome, Marzieh! Hahaha! I know exactly what you mean. I’m not keen on anyone getting their hands on my ramblings 😅 Perhaps it would be therapeutic to tear out pages and shred them. I’ll have to think on it some more. A gratitude journal would be lovely! There is a gratitude section in my mindfulness journal, which is great.
